Anubhuti Goswami Concludes ‘Anand Yatra’ – A Transformative Music Therapy and Wellness Retreat at Parmarth Niketan
Anubhuti Goswami, Mumbai-based Music Therapist originally from Assam, successfully led ‘Anand Yatra’, a four-day transformative retreat dedicated to spirituality, wellness, and inner harmony at the revered Parmarth Niketan Ashram, Rishikesh.
The retreat was graced by the presence of Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati, Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati, Dr. Dinesh Shahra, and several other spiritual and wellness luminaries, whose blessings added grace and depth to the program.
Held from October 30 to November 2, 2025, ‘Anand Yatra’ was a breakthrough wellness initiative conducted by Anubhuti Goswami, Emon Seuj Goswami (Music Instrumentalist and Sound Journey Guide), Amit Talekar (Yoga Coach and Nutritionist), and Mayank Bhatt (Yoga Trainer). The retreat harmoniously blended music therapy, yoga, meditation, Ganga Aarti, nature walks, and reflection practices—creating a nurturing environment for self-discovery and rejuvenation amidst the Himalayan foothills.
The program received an exceptionally positive response, with participants expressing heartfelt appreciation for the thoughtfully curated sessions and the profound sense of peace they experienced.
Speaking about the initiative, Anubhuti Goswami shared, “Anand Yatra was envisioned as a soulful pause—an opportunity to heal and reconnect through the power of music, nature, and mindfulness. Parmarth Niketan’s divine energy made this journey truly transformative.”
Rooted in her Assamese heritage, Anubhuti shared that the soulful melodies and devotional traditions of Assam have always inspired her work in music therapy. She believes the region’s deep connection with nature and its rhythmic folk culture nurture a natural sense of healing and mindfulness. Through Anand Yatra, she sought to bring this essence of Assamese simplicity, warmth, and spiritual depth to a wider audience — blending regional harmony with universal well-being.
The retreat concluded with collective prayers for global peace, inner balance, and the continued promotion of music and yoga as universal tools for healing and wellbeing.
