Guwahati, June 23 (NKTV): A total of 104 Power Tillers were ceremonially distributed among farmers of the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) districts today at a programme held at the Agricultural Training Centre in Kokrajhar.
BTC Executive Member for Agriculture Department Ghanashyam Das distributed the Power Tillers.
The Power Tillers were distributed under the SOPD 2020-21 of BTC to expand crop production in the districts.
Kokrajhar received 37, Chirang 15, Baksa 37 and Udalguri 15 out of the 104 allotted Power Tillers.
